aite I'm gonna let this marinate so I can skip over the stupidity this author is DESPERATE to pepper throughout this story no, we're not making redhair a sympathetic character just fucking stop it already I get that MC has complex feelings for him. But as time goes on MC has become MORE of a doormat which boggles my mind. In the first chapter he was angry that he was being forced to give bjs but he's gotten actually raped by this same dude multiple times and somehow he's gotten LESS MAD about it and is now?? blaming himself?? and apologizing?? for some reason?? what, exactly, is the character growth happening here? I'm so confused. Are we supposed to take that he's just being beaten down and no longer has the emotional energy to care? or what? because it's not executed well at all, it just seems like his character changed. None of their shared history has changed between then and now and -literally nothing- redhair has done in the course of the story we have been subjected to would justify suddenly becoming more generous towards him. and then the ending of this latest chapter ffs why is Dochan even there he pops in for all of 5 panels to provide a half-conceptualized happy counterpoint to MC's constant misery only for the misery to take three more chapters I don't get this author's style, at all make it a tragedy or make it a proper love triangle, Dochan simply doesn't get enough screentime for him to even be considered a proper character at this point
Author is literally like: let's romantize rapist! He's just poor lil guy, be nice to him and feel sorry for him! EdwardVamp
FR "look how sad he is that he raped someone! he washed him down and put him in bed after so he's not that bad! it's just his feelings that make him rape~~~~" like ?????????? tf?
