I think ive seen the drama (as in a live action) like on 2021 or 2022 when it aired?? I watched like 2 episodes and then years later i found someone saying the mc ended up with a guy in the live action. Not sure if the "drama" on 23rd april 2024 is different one or smth

It was based on the manga but the ending was completely different so I guess it’s kinda like another universe to the manga?
