Eh

So I tried to read this but from the first chapter there's too much going on; they cram information without getting to know the characters at all.

We start with the guy getting rejected, then his parents get married(?), then they tell us the parents had an affair, then the moms in hospital, then he goes off to military, isn't contacted by his crush and then suddenly his crush likes him?

It doesn't make any sense lol

The writing itself is stiff and very lacking in depth.
