Title?

I remember reading this yaoi but cannot remember the title. The guys were both rival businessman and one of them went to the other guy hotel to collect information. Due to being drunk, the guy thought the drunk guy was a prostitute as he sat at the back of the hotel. He slept with the drunk guy and found out that he was actually the owner of his rival hotel business in front of his hotel. But still wana win him over. Can someone tell me the title please?? :)
