Isn't it dangerous to eat raw chicken, is there some specific process that makes it safe when you make tataki?
Most chicken in Japan can be eaten raw cause they re specifically treated/farmed.
Though I still don't recommend to eat them raw. There are some JP places that sells them but are not the right ones. Same with blowfish u can eat them but at your own risk.
