That's what confuses me. He went back in time numerous times to be with Nux again but didn't realise he was in love with him? uh?
Or (and my brain is far gone with this one) Nux looking back is a kind of clue that love is what NUX feels? That it was rooted inside of the "new" him, from his past versions? Imagine if the pregnancy changes happen ONLY when mutual love.

So this timeline nux... literally looked back at owen when they first "met" and that made owen realize he loved nux enough for his body to change and accept pregnancy? Like he didnt really "love" the previous nux? @.@ damn
