There's a rare case for women where the womb faces inwards (if I'm correct) instead of outwards and some women don't even have a bump when they're 9 months pregnant. That's also the case in the omegaverse, it's very rare to see authors draw the pregnant omegas with a bump, usually its just a loss of muscles
That or they draw a very small bump even when they’re about to pop that baby
I swear he’s supposed to at least have a bump..home boy has a flatter stomach than me and he’s pregnant.
