Not really. Reverse harem is more like one guy and multiple girls, as harem itself is many guy and one girl. This story consist of just guys.

What I meant is polycule is the intra-relationship network in which polyamorous partners relate and function to one another (and to each other's partners). Could also say polygamy which is literally just people at least 3 people up being with each other at the same time.
