That supposedly Sakura isn’t even ACTUALLY dead. He just lost his vessel, but somehow has ANOTHER finger in a mini shrine lmfao .
So this means that, the entire buildup, gojo dying, toji dying, a good chunk of Japan dying, is a large side quest. For another JJK to arise lol
Imo it’s a meh ending, and is quite random. It becomes a plot hole, and now makes it so that there is no closure for the manga. I get that it was meant to perhaps be an open ending style, but the whole manga has made it out to be that Sakura was the biggest obstacle for JJK as a whole, and that HE would be THE BOSS. As in, defeating him = no more crazy curses that could threaten society.
The fact he can come back easily makes it anticlimactic, but also makes me wonder how strong he’d be? Since the other fingers are practically eradicated, unless he decides to find some way to scurry back to Yuji, since he’s practically the only one who really has a good chunk of his strength” if that makes sense.
