i used to think that it'd only work if you were with someone who went through similar stuff as you did just so it's easier to empathize with each other but now i dont think it's that simple. it can easily go south real quick with both parties feeding on each other's trauma and just worsening their issues or it's a never ending competition on who has it tougher.

jiho definitely has done some dickhead moves that were insensitive but his heart is in the right place??? he just has to stop playing the "i can fix him" role and just start listening instead and maybe he can piece out his intentions better for inwoo to understand.
