please do u really think a person needs a parent to learn the correct way to live a law fulling life? basic right or wrong? heck nah, even ppl with good and attentive parents turns out to be a criminal that just depends on how a person lives their life, if u don't blame rashta for the craps she pulled, you'll probably do the same. As much as her backstory is tragic (literally like every character in these kinds of stories, she ain't special) she deserves what she got in the end like she literally tormented half the ppl in this story, from navier to even her own child and yet it wasn't her fault? bcs she was unprivileged? miss girl had the world in the palm of her hand if she was just satisfied being a mistress but of course, the audacity of mistresses, they have to be the one wearing the ring and the one holding the wife title
I don't feel a single ounce of sympathy for that selfish disgusting bitch, personally. She made her own bed once she had power. She doesn't get a free pass for murder and misery just because she didn't "know better".
As I said, I know that she was a bitch there is no doubt that what she did was wrong, but at the same time I pity her, because she didn't had the cards in her hand to play it differently, you said she shoud just enjoy being a misstres and everything would be alright, but she alredy was one as a slave and it ended up poorly, I also don't like the choices that she made, but can you really say that having noone who would take care of you and show you how to be a good person doesn't matter? All the people in her life showed her that you can't trust that everything will be good if you just wait and do nothing, she didn't had a parental figure, nor friend, even her lovers didn't care about her, would you really in her situation be a good and always rightful person? I doubt it. People hate her because she is indeed a very human character full of flaws that we can see in people around us and even ourselves. I don't understand why you think you are so rightful yourself, but you can't even pity a person who ruined her life suing her own hands and at the same time until the very last moment she didn't realize that she was just a puppet in someone else hands.
Honestly I pity Rastha like she was a bitch no doubt, but who wouldn't be in her place, she didn't have parents who would teach her not to be one, all this time she was truly alone from the birth to the end, and all shit broke loose because her father sold her to the slavery? That wasn't her fault, her story shows how being underprivileged in society is truly tragic, even characters in the story told Sovietu that the only difference between him and Rashta is that he was born an emperor and have power so even if he did the same exact thing like her the only punishment he received is being a little sad, f*ck this man
