Definitely agree. In the novel you really felt how much she struggled to escape despite being battered that her face was unrecognizable
she felt so much during this time and it went on for awhile. And same with Killian who isn’t able to find her like it’s kinda sad that they didn’t add the depth of this arc bc it really solidifies their feelings for each other
The manghwa isn’t really translating the arc well? It’s supposed to be her lowest but it lacks the emotional depth that was there in the novel
