She didn't make him anything, everything he did was his choice. He's grown
bro she didnt and doesnt know that he has feelings for her because he CHOSE NOT TI TELL HER lariette did absolutely NOTHING to doha hes a GROWN MAN that made the choices he did on purpose. lariette thought she still had the incurable disease and thats why she ran away from asrahan so he could believe she left him so he wouldnt see her die and fuck id do the same thing too. id rather my loved ones believe i ran away than have the witness me die infront of them. also lariette didnt think they would actually fall in love together in the span of three months but they did.
I just never liked Lariette... She made two characters suffer a lot, especially Doha.
Doha is supposed to be the antagonist or antihero of the story but for me he is the one who suffered the most in this story at the hands of Lariette. Even at the very end, she can't leave him alone...
