No if he’s going to be transported to a hospital to get tested and is in a special room with inmates caring for their babies im pretty sure they can offer him pills to stop the growth of the embryo
Like even in the hypothetical he went with every possible option (all of which would suck ultimately for the baby....) but not a whiff of well you could just...not have the baby like he doesn't even want it why are yall forcing him...
Give the kids to your parents...he doesn't have parents....raise it with the father...doesn't know who the father is / have any relation to the father , raise it by yourself...he doesn't even have a job to take care of his own self also exactly why he's in prison which will make it even harder for him to get back on his feet after let alone having to care for a newborn simultaneously/ Give it up for adoption...so he just needs to be a human incubator and wreck his physical and mental health when he's already in a vulnerable state with no control over his life, sounds great...
