EXACTLY. He and ogAgnes actually DESERVED each other!! They were BOTH insufferable!
I mean, as I said it before and say it again: this guy LOVED the spotlight that being "the hero victimized by the princess' royal authority" gave him, and USED it to LORD IT OVER EVERYONE (not just Agnes). He got ADDICTED to that role and was QUITE COMFORTABLE in it. And now that the role's gone, he feels lost.
Jayjay that's I'm thinking too. It's his ego not his heart. He felt like a loser losing to Kylo that's why he wants his dog back.
