I should probably add that I'm happy that the series *was* able to get an ending, as I've seen many others that, while promising, had been left off with a hiatus. I also should've prefaced saying that I have no idea what went on behind the scenes in the serialization of this manhwa, and hence I did not want nor intend to point fingers at any party that was involved.
This was a lovely manhwa overall. The ending was just...very unsatisfying.
I still can't believe that they just...cut out the scene that showed Karyan's route being eliminated entirely.
I understand that whoever behind the manhwa adaptation may have wanted to wrap up the series quickly, but it feels especially weird that there was no proper closure with Karyan (especially as he hadn't showed up in a while, even more especially with how every other route was shown being dissolved except his).
It's a bit sad, as I really liked Karyan, too. They did him dirty lmao
