if it’s following a game’s fundamentals, he’s probably a support, i mean he can buff his vassals so i guess he’s not on the offense side but it’s a shame also like imagine he’s as badass as his vassals, it’d be awesome

He can be a support class all he wants and all but our brother in christ is just level 3 even in harvest moon if you level up domestic skills your character levels up

I think it's bc the race he's playing as is naturally weak, the way he made all the vassals strong was with the dark potion which the ml was gonna force on him earlier on but then decided not to. That's why everyone's wings are black except for mc. They didn't want him to drink it so he got no buff.

It's because they're celestials. In the game, the celestial race were originally weak. MC did 'upgrade' their race (they're still celestials but different flavor lol) . Since he's the king/emperor, he embodies their real race that's why he's weaker and let's consider the fact that the other ppl in the are 'heros'. I mean, there's common folks but they don't have much screentime lol

I don't think the main character is a weak character. I think that it's just like chess where if your king is gone, you lose. So he's going to always be the protected so he can call out orders. Also, he is now of the fallen race or whatever. Grand Duke took the black for him. The reason they didn't want him to drink the potion is because it hurts. They were finding a way for him to transform without him being in pain but he didn't know that because nobody communicated with him so he drank the position then GD had to absorb the black wings
