Yes the most recent case would be the Burning Sun where the main perpetrator got out of jail and did not even ended up as a criminal record for doing illegal abduction and unconsented prostitution business, abducted SA’ed and drugged a bunch of girls and sold them off for his profit.hinted evidence of higher up police involvement too by keeping it all under the rug during the business operations. It’s just so disgusting.

And yes unfortunately she was then bullied til she ended herself exactly like this manhwa Actress Cha. Irl Hara did not survive the attempt unfortunately… poor girl she did not deserve. Worst part is this is all real. This type of thing constantly happens in Korea. They think of celebrities as consumable product. They don't care what happens to them or how they feel because of their actions, they only think of profits and view. Destroying one's life is just a silly joke to them. As a media student I feel horrible to even be in the same industry as them. It's disgusting.
