I personally think the anime is fine, but I definitely doesn’t capture the emotion and excitement I feel when reading it. Some thing about the expressions are off. But it’s not bad just not as good.
Right, I think fluidity might be one of the problems? It doesn't feel smooth or maybe it's just me??
Mostly watching it for Ishida Akira (ML's voice actor). Shoujo anime is rarely given a decent budget ever, so I'm alright with it.
But absolutely thriving over IshiAki playing a romantic male lead in 2024 ლ(´ڡ`ლ)
Lowkey already knew the animation would be stiff looking bc shoujo adaptations these days get very awful treatment :/ the art style of the manga itself being so unique is kinda saving the anime for me as well as the voice acting but yeah the actual animation i wish wasn’t this stiff looking
