Rereading ch 28 now Ishuca did say 13yrs ago he was 4yrs old so you were correct to assume he is 17 but later in the chapter it was revealed that he is missing 1yr because of those demons that ate his memories so if you add the 1yr he was missing, Ishuca being 18yrs old in the character profile adds up (▰˘◡˘▰)
