Like in the beginning chapter 2 or smth. The MC is in his dog form talking with his hyung right about how the wolf blew raspberries on his belly but how did the wolf meet him in his puppy form back then. And there are few instances where I got genuinely confused idk why.
The wolf just thinks he's a regular dog. He doesn't know that the dog is an actually person.

I experienced the same thing. Chp 0 started the confusion, the order there is not sequential. Then the part he blew raspberries was probably after Heeseong got drunk on the day they met so he may have transformed then but they don't say so it gets confusing. Like I had to arrange the order in my head.
Also I was confused why and how Chiyoung sent the treats to the gambling den then I just imagined that he gave it to Heeseong when he met him in the corridor (raspberries part).

I think he kind of put clues together and figured it out too. I don't think he knew right away tho.
