Thank you for saying that, exactly what I’m thinking… I’ve come to avoid Transmigration stories where the MCs take over another persons body, whether they died for some reason or were actually alive but taken over. It’s sad to think about what could have become of the original owner, how the family and friends will love someone who they think is them, but actually another person in their shell (provided he had a loving family). It’s glanced over that a life has vanished but nobody will ever notice, because the MC has taken over the new identity. Sometimes the orognal body will be made the assholes, as if they deserved this kind of ending of being somehow forgotten, even if they mostly haven’t done nearly as much as villains do…
I appreciate it when MCs at least honor the original bodies death at least, even if alone, but that really happens rarely…
Anyways in conclusion, so true ╥﹏╥ I feel sad thinking about the original body and would have just loved some Rebirth/Revival story or second chances…!!

The worst part are stories where after unpacking the trauma of the original body and the story is said and done they rarely explore the MCs feelings regarding their past life. What i mean is that they go with the flow but rarely push the point that they swapped bodies. Its they always give it 1 or 2 chances, or believe no one would believe them and dont even try. I hate the "you act so much alike i knew it was you" bullshit. And when they do find out its at the end.
And the absolute worst part is the MCs body is always better. They always go from interesting designs that makes their dynamic with the ml interesting to generic twinks.
Id rather the original body owner and the mc coinhabit the same body or they actually explore why they swapped instead of ending the story with so little answer.
Is it just me who finds tropes like this sad. Mc was put inside the body of a different person who had multiple suicide attempts.
this person has family, friends, and a history. And we’re just supposed to accept that no one loved them or is looking for them? Even the Mc - there’s so much humility and reverence needed to even touch this situation. Ignoring who the original owner of that body was is cruel.
And if I understood the MC correctly, this new dude was a weak guide simply because he refused to provide guiding. I mean, I’d be resentful and suicidal too if I was forced to be a solider, who had to guide others. :/ especially if I shared the same name. That poor blonde dude.
I hope the story doesn’t forget who they are.
