There are mostly other honorifics as well in Japanese such as, kun , chan and San or senpai or sensei which makes it enjoyable as well as fellow anime watched/japense manga reader from young age and they just vanish those and it makes so dull in story

I totally agree with you but in this manga's case i think its fine bc i read the raws and the MCs actually talk informally with each other when they are by themselves so there is no -kun or -san in the most part
Important to know the different between translation and localization. This is a localization meaning it will be modified to make it easier to understand for the target audience.
Nooo why does official translation always remove the honorifics :(
