This is incredible. Despite having my fair share of anxiety-I am debating everyday that my superior who is very very nice to me actually very much hates me which is ridiculous, I don't sympathize with the MC. The way it is approached is quite... foreign? As if it was from someone who is trying to own feelings/mindset they don't encompass. Felt really estranged by a sentiment which should be very familiar.
