Okay don't worry guys, I come to the rescue. So apparently the cover image belongs to a Korean adaptation of a Chinese manhua. For some reason the Korean adaptation(or simply a translation?) was wiped off the face of this earth, it no longer exists on the official website.
The Chinese version still exists and can be found on mangago under the name [Uniquely you]
If anyone's interested the names on Chinese and Korean are [第二人生], [원 플러스 원]
The mistake happened most likely because both the actual manhwa on the cover image and the one that's uploaded on this page are technically named "One Plus One" in Korean
the cover image doesn't match the actual manhua that's uploaded :(
