I know the question wasn't directly to me, but I'm just gonna say, the mental illness Lee Wooyeon has is antisocial personality disorder. Typically, persons with this disease don't feel remorse or regret like others.
But the author does allude that when the uke is hurting, while the seme struggles to understand his own unfamiliar feelings, he knows that he feels like shit.
