ngl i am sucker for the “scum top falls first and falls rlly hard” trope. like there’s something so entertaining about seeing an objectively attractive “alpha” man look silly trying to win the affections of his (sorta apathetic) crush. it brings balance to his insufferable traits…him being a pathetic lovesick loser kinda cancels out his annoying personality n makes him enjoyable to read…i giggle.
