
Who told you THISSS?? As someone who has friends who are medically diagnosed with antisocial disorder-you are way off. Being antisocial never defaults to wanting to harm others. It’s just a general disregard for other people, as if they don’t exist because they don’t matter to you as much as someone you personally know does.

As someone studying psychology, they're not actually that way off. We just studied about it. Asocial is the lack of socialization, while antisocial (personality disorder) is the failure to conform to social norms, impulsivity, reckless disregard for safety of self or others, lack of remorse, etc. Which is why if they hurt people, they don't feel guilty about it. It's not necessarily that they WANT to hurt people, but often than not, they do. Even unknowingly. It's just that they can't process the guilt associated with it. There is a lot of criteria that you have to meet before you are diagnose as this one. So yeah, I hope I answered yall.
