No I doubt it, I dont think the author would go that direction because kwon has known her since she was a kid. He's like basically a brother to her if anything she's probably dealing with internalized homophobia and projecting it on them/she's just ignorant and naive.
in my theory i feel like the girl liked Mr. Kwon but she doesnt put it into action cuz she feels like she is out of his league and that she thinks Mr Kwon deserves a better woman in his life. And when she saw Mr Kwon and Ho together, she felt insulted cuz she probably thought that she never had a chance ever in the first place cuz he chose to be with a man.
or she could just be very homophobic OR simply naive hope they give her a lesson on minding their own business
