As in, seme thought he still had 7 points to go, but uke meant there was a 7% chance that it would fill all the way up.
Idk if I'm stupid or not, but I thought he meant like 7/10 (cuz idk, too lazy to do 70 with the hands), just so the dude settled down a little like "yeaaa you're a 7"
But then he just got more persistent
