Guys, there is nothing wrong with Pado like why do people think he’s like bad or something or people want like angst and like wanna see what he lost? What exactly is he losing? I think some of you have forgotten that, all of this is happening because of the MC, like this is HIS second chance. This is HIS redemption arc in a sense, the MC, not Pado. The lot of you are probably blind to this because it’s the MC that’s pining and pursuing while Pado acts coldly, but it’s like continuing what I said this is his second chance bc he was the asshole in the story, presumably from the little that was shown and I don’t even have to say presumably, because the MC knows that himself lmao. He’s the one that made a mistake and hurt Pado so the water God gave him a second chance to make that right but he couldn’t apologize bc he’s a loser and flaked out. Like no shade no shade I love him I do, but like this is literally the story. Pado does not have to do anything. If anything he could’ve been a little bit more mean to him if you ask me because I know I would’ve. And I mean, meaner in the sense, where, just flat out ignoring him, and like never accepting MC advances and making him chase after him. Because what I’m seeing right now Pado’s being nice I feel like people are trying to paint him as the villain and the bad guy in the story when to be frank There isn’t really a villain in the story, but if you had to choose one, it would be the MC like cmon y’all He’s the one who fucked up like we needa get serious now
