Although it's been a bit since the story came out, I think it's heavily implied that mafia dude was the real dad. And I think she knew Touma was in love with Sentarou so I figured she was doing a bit of matchmaking from the grave? Just what I vaguely remember (づ￣ ³￣)づ
So I'm assuming yakuza guy was the father bc they still didn't explicitly say? I also still don't understand why she involved Touma in the baby daddy thing either. Maybe I forgot & need to reread lol. And about Sentarou's job（/TДT)/ He is talented & I wanted him to get credit! Still so much untapped potential to this story
