    Idk if this is right but i think he wears the helmet because he used to be a very popular skater then stopped skating after having an accident that caused the scar in his face and I think he wears the helmet to not be recognized by anyone

    yes i remember their coach encouraging Juho to remove his helmet since its been so long and probably people forgot abt him.. that helmet is like his sheild to the world
