I think the third one is the band member who confronted him. His arms are always covered so far, so we can't see the tattoo, but it's not unreasonable to think he might represented by the arm with the snake tattoo. You may be right about the different things, but it's already been established that he had feelings for the friend in the hospital. When ML asked him if he had ever had feelings for a man, he thought of that friend and was confused by it. I think it's likely why they didn't draw this thing with the dude hitting on him out. They just wanted to establish that the apple doesn't fall far from the tree and that ML can be as violent as his father.
