I feel like a better plot line would’ve been to just have Iora know (and keep her goddamn mouth shut) and expose everything at the ball and get Wellmy pardoned. Break off her engagement with the ml and go live happily by the beach with Wellmy.
Honestly, ik it was inevitable (bc of the usual otome/villainess cliches) they both found hubbies asap. Btw the prince is pathetic. But anyway, letting them chill out together would've been good if not better.
bro you can't just set her up to be this convincing villainess, playing everyone for the sake of her sister's happiness, just so it turns out everyone has known from the beginning. Like MAN. I expected that maybe the sister, butler, and (sure why not) the ML knew but not the whole damn cast of characters. That's so pathetic lmao. She from from slay to flail way too quick imo.
I like how crunchy the story is, you can chomp it in one bite and enjoy the ride, but if you look too close it starts to crack.
I understood the fake-bullying to distract the parents and unwanted meddlers, but then it gets to faking Iora's handwriting and that letter, and I just can't follow the logic anymore.
