It could be that 100 people use the gate while others just use other means? They also meantioned there were lots of foreigners that came without using the gate. I’m thinking since they have a hotel on-site, they might be staying there and going to the amusement park for several days too. So the the visitor count per day could easily get multiplied compared to the gate limit.

I’m thinking the translation on here are off because on bato they said that a lot of people came from foreign countries that don’t have access to a gate like in the four monarchies (I think that’s what’s it called). So basically most people aren’t using the gate. They’re traveling the long way by carriage or some other type way since they did show an image of a train.
They're talking about the amusement park visitors right? Wasn't the setting that only 100 ppl can travel a day? How does that translate to 20k visitors a month?
