Ain't no way MC should end up with Woojin, it was unhealthy and toxic and should be a forgotten chapter in his new life. From Woojins POV, I hate the whole "he's acting different so now I forget all the shitty things he's done and now I'm obsessed" trope. I would love for them to just be friends who overcame difficulties, leave the romance to Noah, I feel like they had decent chemistry since day 1 (and he's cuter with more personality, I said it)

Mc wasnt actually bad if i remember, what he did was not enough to hate him, just enough to get irritate you. Hes just an unreliable narrator. Hes more bratty than actual evil. I think at this point he just refuses to do field guiding, taunts and bothers Woojin every now and then. Even the whole teaming up with stepmom and employing the father of Woojin's gf was mild. He literally did just that, employed the dad and taunts them, but never really did anything. He was just that guy who teases you often but never really did anything apart from that. So Woojin doesnt really have anything to hate the mc for. In his eyes, Mc is just a bothersome rich brat who doesnt wanna do field guiding cause hes scared and he kinda likes him too, so hes ok with him not going to dangerous places. Its not like hes obsessed out of nowhere too, he was already obsessed with his guiding. I think he changed guides cause he thought mc hated guiding him so it was actually more for mcs sake than his.

Yeah the manhwa is portraying this a little different from the novel, I guess it’s to make it seem like Woojin really hated MC, but that’s not actually the case. It’s a big spoiler, but MC isn’t a reliable narrator. If you pay attention you figure it out early while reading the novel. If not, then you find out near the end of the novel from ML's point of view. Like RandomPasserby said, he didn’t do anything that’s really bad in his past life. Just wanted attention, because he got attached to ML.

Okay, although Woojin and Jaechan almost seem like they have a toxic relationship.. its not something that can't be worked on and Jaechan has chosen to work on himself which is reflecting in his relationships with everyone around him including Woojin.. I support their relationship and major part is bc Jaechan isn't working on himself bc he wants Woojin but bc he learnt he should be a better person for the people he love.. this is a bit of a spoiler but Woojin in novel recognizes Jaechan's tendency to leverage himself and his life to meet his goals and help his loved ones which is bad.. and Woojin tries to get him to change bc it isn't a healthy trait.. that to me is a partner worth having.. and I like the fact that Jaechan gave himself a chance to be in an actual relationship with Woojin 2nd time around while he kept Woojin on a pedestal for both his lives.. Jaechan doesn't know how to do relationships be it romantic or platonic and I love for him to be able to learn those thing this time around while Woojin supports him from side-lines..

PS: Noah in novel is border-line homophobic bc of his stalker being a guy. Idk how it'll translate in manhwa.. so yeah, I don't support that.. I hope he gets the help he needs..

Oh their relationship isn’t toxic at all when they get together. Now it’s not the best but it does get better and they have a perfect relationship in the end. Noah isn’t really homophobic later in the novel. The most homophobic he acted after MC saved his ass is is being disgusted at seeing MC's brother sniffing his underwear, which is reasonable and not homophobic.
