How to add in reading list? I can do it on laptop but there is no pop-up window when i add stories when im useing my phone ╥﹏╥

once you’re done reading it it takes you back to the title so at the bottom there should be 3 boxes the middle one says reading click that one and then scroll down till you see a blue box saying submit and click that and it should be in your reading list

I clicked the box w/ "reading" the it turned gray. But when i scrolled down to the end there is no pop up window with the submit button that i see when i do it in laptop ╥﹏╥
