No,basically the author did the story of If they hadn't told each other hoe they feel way earlier how it would have ended versus this alternate story of if they didn't tell eachother

Do you know why some scenes are cut? I was comparing it to the one on webtoon and there's some parts missing. The webtoon also didn't have the alternate ending
