I thinkkkkk

What Mi-ok was trying to get at was the "being different from everyone else" concept. Like things may be moving on for her and she still feels lonely and can't move on from the fact that she isn't like everyone else.....which could be a plot point parallel to the issues that may arise in the future. Especially raising a child in the countryside where it's a bit more difficult to recieve acceptance for things out of "their norm". Sooo...Mi-ok may have been projecting but they do need to talk about their relationship for the future.....(anyways Mi-ok, that was upsetting and maybe don't voice your opinions next time)

I thought the same. It’s amazing how it’s blasting in the comments about how dare she but wow did they not think that of the parallel of how actions can make a person feel. (Don’t agree how she approach the situation but understand her thoughts)

No fr I was reading through the comments and they all were hateful towards her?? Like are we not aware this could be a potential feeling their child may feel?? And by talking through it now they can avoid or perhaps plan for a solution or something

it just lazy writing, the parallels are not well build, the impact of her "difference" was literally create by herself, not something like prejudice and homophobia that have external consequences

I get that a hook was needed to make they talk about being public about their relationship but it was just dumb

I agree, it could have definitely been written better in order to really sell the parallel
