First think I thought was 90 kg isn’t even that heavy why were elite soldiers struggling with picking him up?

    90kg isn't THAT big but uh... Let's not forget that east Asian people have smaller bodies in general.
    So maybe that's got something to do with it.
    I might be wrong, but as far as I've seen, they're not very tall like Europeans and Africans and such. So 90kg might be considered heavy weight from their perspective.

    Average male there is like 70-80 kg so it’s not that far off. And my point still stands that whatever they think of “heavy” vs “light” they’re elite soldiers…they should be bench pressing twice their weights so 90 kg shouldn’t phase them at all but they were drawn out of breath and struggling to carry him with multiple ppl lol my Chinese friend can bench press like over 200 pounds and he’s just an average joe gym rat so
