I don't get it who is the most pitiful race in this society?? Beta or Omega?

Definitely omega they're treated like baby factories.

I know but betas are treated like worthless sex toys since they can't get pregnant easily. Also I've seen quiet a few omegaverse mangas and it's always the betas that gets friendzoned/thrown aside since they can keep themselves under control from the phermone, they become a tool to protect the omegas but in the end it is all left one sided bcs the omegas will eventually go to the alphas.
