Well if you referred back to the dream, this panda eye guy says because of that incident he became an outcast in his whole school, and his entire school and social life was ruined as a result of that incident, he's perhaps even being bullied as a result of MC's actions when he himself didn't exactly do anything wrong. Now I'm not excusing he's actions, just providing a background behind this guy instead of just the reason "being made to look stupid". The fate of cannon folders.
This guy must have been going all over the place just to look for them I mean come one do you have to stab someone just cause they made you look stupid. Can't you use your fist or kick them in their balls. WHy the Knives?!
