I think the author wanted to put some things in but couldn't.
1-the boyfriend wanted to take advantage at the beginning, but she didn't make him do anything (thank God)
2-and she would certainly get pregnant due to the dildo rape, she gave a lot of emphasis to what he put u know ehh.., and when a work talks a lot about it, it will be addressed at some point.
I think the author wanted to write more hell than necessary, but they didn't leave it at the end, this rushed ending is not something she (the author) likes. If she put more the public would abandon it
