I think she feels being rejected by others is a horrible thing and no relationship is worth that. She's basically projecting the rejection of her parents and her feelings of disconnection from her peers to the possible rejection of the community of Haebeom and Ho relationship. Which is... yeah, a bit of a stretch and not something she should have involved herself that way in. Girl you could just have said you were worried about what may happen if their relationship is discovered by the community.
