The last one. I didn't get the ml's friend guy (I remember his name as censor) part like what is he and what is his plan.
Ah okay, so: Basically, Cesare (ML's friend) has been messing with ML's love life up until now by stealing his exes or making them break up. He was able to do all this because hewas secretly the god of love all along. Cesare had been interfering in Jung-hoo's (ML) life because he is being paid by Siyoung (god of weather, Jung-hoo's childhood friend) to do so.
From what I understand, Siyoung has had unrequited feelings for Jung-hoo but he has never confessed because:
1) he has too big of an ego
2) he himself knows that Jung-hoo does not see him that way
And despite knowing the truth of the situation, he has a 'if I cannot have him, then nobody else can' complex about it, and so he is indirectly keeping Jung-hoo 'for himself' through Cesare.
Now, coming to Cesare: Initially, like we can see in the chapter, he is money-hungry and was doing Siyoung's bidding purely for monetary reasons. But, over time, Cesare may have started to derive pleasure from emotionally hurting Jung-hoo seeing him heartbroken every time his new potential lover breaks up with him only to leave him for Cesare.
Coming back to the present, in both Siyoung's and Cesare's eyes - Taejoo (MC, god of death) is just 'another rando clinging to Jung-hoo' and they're gonna continue the same trend of separating them like with the people before him.
The only difference now is that Cesare is attracted to Taejoo (like in a creepy way, not a true love kinda way) so he's going to use his powers on Taejoo to manipulate him into falling in love with himself and break Jung-hoo in the worst way possible (because he is just that much of a sick fuck).
But it also appears that there are some rules or limits to the way he can use his powers, so he has to be careful with his plan because he is dealing with a god of death this time who has already rejected him once (and given him ED lol) when he tried to inappropriately get handsy with him - so he's got a grudge about being rejected by MC too I'm guessing.
Simply put, this is a - get money from weather boy AND revenge on MC by making him mine AND fuck with ML because it's fun to see him being pathetic all-in-one plan...
...meanwhile Jung-hoo is out here being insecure and scared about his relationship with Taejoo because of his previous bad experiences, all the while unknowingly praying to the same god who is actually planning his downfall.
