Help me find this pls

There are 3 supiriore entities who are a magician, a goddess and a dragon that in order to protect the world they lost all their power and the magician became a blue flame like thing, the dragon became a baby dragon and his humanoid form is also a child and the goddess with blond long wavy hair has no power anymore. They put all their hope in a child i dont remember if male or female and they always look after them.

I know is not much but I dont remember anything else...
