That part really frustrated me too Like, guide them or see them get worse
There are a lot of scenes missing from the novel. He does provide guiding to other espers while the battle goes on, from what I remember. There was a lot that happened between them entering the area and before he slips into the altar in this ch. Nothing super critical to the story so you aren't missing plot points, but definitely the chaos going on during the battle
If he wasn’t gonna get emergency guiding from yugeon while bleeding/losing sanity, why did he brought yugeon there? Did I forget a detail lol
