The biblical allusions in this are so fucking good.
1st, the main characters, Adam and Eve, uhm duh.
2nd, that one scene where Adam is cutting an apple, drops the knife, and cuts his foot…
3rd, Gabriel and Isaiah parallel eachother in the Bible
4th, in some tradition, it’s said that the angel gabriel comforts Adam after the fall
5th, In the creation story, Eve is held “responsible” for leading Adam (humanity) into sin, could foreshadow future events
