I dont think the premise of him being bad is justified. The su i cide is tragic but not a justification to be honest. They are asking for him to compose a song (which technically a business proposal), MC rejected them (mc have a right to reject or not reject) but the ceo keep insisting to the point that the mc to blurt out a below the line words.
TO sum up they are asking for a song but when ceo got rejected and fails. They point all the blame to MC (the CEO being bankrupt is not mc's fault)

    We see it happen in real life all the time. Celebrity's words and actions get interpretted in the worst ways possible. Netizens have too much time on their hands and bully the celebrity. Rival companies add flame. Endorsements pull out because of bad publicity. And then when everyone calms down and thinks, the celebrity's career is already over.
